When did the installation take place?
If the installation was notified to CORGI a duplicate copy will be available. We can supply you with a copy within 4 working days or email this to you straight away.
Between April 2005 – March 2009
The production of a duplicate certificate cost £35.00 + VAT. This can be paid by credit card or cheque.

This legislation was not in place so there is no legal requirement for a Gas Safety Notification Certificate

What other options are available to you?
Indemnity Insurance Policy
You can purchase a Legal Indemnity Policy for your property insuring against loss or damages directly attributable to a lack of evidence of Building Regulation approval this can be normally obtained from your solicitor.
Contact Your Local Building Control
You can contact your local Building Control office and request a regulisation certificate or Building compliance certificate. There will be a charge of which they will advise you.
